ive been told that i need to help myself, not a therapist..but can i? do i really have the power to help myself? im running in circles. all i hear is my dogs scratching and hacking. his weak limbs...his sudden frantic itching. i feel the absence of moms kind open arms around me. the darkness follows me wherever i go. laughing at me, taunting me. and while all of this goes on i feel the void in my heart expand. this is all a never ending cycle.
